Tuition Policy
Tuition is charged based on length of the students daily class. Half-day students, whether preschool or kindergarten, are assessed $375 per month. Full-day students are assessed $540 per month. Tuition is charged based on enrollment commitment of a 9.5 month school year.
Tuition is due on the first day of the month for the coming month. The only exception to this payment due date is the first months tuition. The tuition for August will be assessed at one half the regular monthly fee ($187.50 for half-day and $270 for full day) and will be due in two equal installments. Half of the August payment will be due with registration form (see Registration Schedule for date) and the remaining balance will be due by July 15th. This guarantees the students placement in the school and is non refundable.
Tuition can be paid by check or by credit card. Payments by check can be made in person at the students campus or by mail to the Veranda Commons location listed above. Payments by credit card are accepted on our web site or in person at the Veranda Commons location. Tuition can also be automatically debited from a checking account, savings account or credit card through our Tuition Express program.
Discounts
Two different discounts are offered: multiple student discounts and prepayment discounts. Each younger sibling will receive a 10% discount. This discount applies to all children in the same household, regardless of custodial arrangement.
There are two levels of prepayment discount. Payment in full received before July 1st will be discounted 10%. Payment received between July 1st and the beginning of school will be discounted 5%. Please note if the smaller discount is intended to be paid after July 15th, the tuition for August must still be received by July 15th to guarantee placement. Both levels of prepayment discount can be used in combination with the sibling discount.
Refunds
Any payment made to the school is refundable in full up to the due date. After the due date, regardless of payment plan chosen, the tuition payment for August is non-refundable, as this payment is also used to guarantee the students placement in the school.
After the first month, if a student who pays tuition monthly withdraws with less than 30 days notice, there will be no refunds. Students who provide thirty (30) days notice before withdrawing will be charged a prorated amount of their final month at the school.
After the first month, if a student who prepays tuition withdraws with less than 30 days notice, there will be a refund of all unused full months. Students who provide (30) days notice before withdrawing will receive a refund of all unused tuition, prorated for the date the students last day.
Refunds will be made within 5 business days.
